Creating a bond with others who may be more able to understand what you are going through. Together, we can overcome our struggles through exercise. Allow yourself space to feel comfortable to be able to speak up and reach out, and be heard. Helping shift Trauma Energy from our bodies through exercise.
Using the FTE logo and Fire Helmet as a symbol of hope and rescue, my aim is to spread the message worldwide to encourage others to self-help through exercise as an Alternative Therapy.
I cannot do this alone, I need help too. This is a team effort from which we all benefit. We all contribute to spreading the message, showing others that 'It's OK to NOT be OK.' There are many more people than we thought going through similar struggles.
Collectively we encourage, inspire and support each other more than we realize, lifting peoples spirits and confidence as we progress.
