Why 365 km? To highlight that results won't happen overnight.
To remind us that recovery and challenges can and will require us regularly show up and make small steps of progress. Imagine where and how you will feel in a year's time.
Free Trauma Energy and restore our nervous system through exercise. Support, encourage, and inspire each other. Something for me had to change, so I changed it through exercise. 

A not-so-good start at 4 am, the bikes along with the roof rack departed from the car, 5km out in Sintra. Damaged bikes and not safe to ride. Fortunately, Brasil Bicicaletas in Sintra, worked his magic and by the end of the day had them rode worthy again. Sadly we called it off due to the forecast of strong winds and rain. The roads are slippery when wet and too many things had already gone wrong. I returned home to replace the damaged pedal and rode back down from Peniche to Sintra,  into a horrible headwind to meet Luis and ride into Lisbon. Antonio had already returned to Setubal. We did what we could!!  We will ride again 1 day for sure.
